Meet The Staff

Cindy Bailey- Treatment and Financial Coordinator

Cindy has been with our practice since 2011. She brings with her over 20yrs of experience in the dental office administration and Insurance. She is our Treatment and Financial Coordinator.  Prior she was a Realtor for 8yrs with one of the top nations’s real estate firms and also has a background in Paralegal. Cindy being a huge part of her community was a  Board Member of the Downtown Neighborhood Association for 4 yrs. She is a big supporter of the American Cancer Society and was featured in the Commercial Appeal for her outstanding volunteer work with them.  She loves outdoor activities and as many of our patients know is of her love to travel. 


Sheila Hanson- Scheduling and Patient Coordinator

Sheila has been with our practice for a year.  Sheila is our Schedule and Patient Coordinator.  She brings with her over 10yrs in patient care and her previous Employer named her “Employee of the Year”. She is outstanding in making our patients feel comfortable when they walk through the door.  She is driven by Love, Hope and God. She has two beautiful daughters and one dog. She loves reading God’s word, going to the gym, going to the lake, fishing and boating. 


Arlene Smith- Surgery Assistant

A warm and welcoming smile is what to expect when you meet Dr. Lane’s  assistant Arlene. After graduation from Tennessee Technology of Memphis in 2010, she received her degree and  became a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant with Memphis Periodontal Group. Arlene has enjoyed working with Dr. Lane on many cases for the past 8 years. Her gentle touch, relationship building skills, and her excellent communication skills are a few qualities she delivers to help ease any patient’s anxiety. Meeting new patients and assisting Dr. Lane in their daily procedures is a pleasure in which Arlene takes pride in, and looks forward to each day

Outside of dentistry, Arlene enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A few of her favorite hobbies are reading, biking, and traveling. One thing our patients notice about Arlene is her love for food. She enjoys visiting some of Memphis’ outstanding restaurants. She hopes to add blogging about restaurants in Memphis as a new hobby.
